As a StepBeyond client, Volex prides itself on its proven expertise and manufacturing prowess, providing custom wiring and cable harnesses, power cords, duckheads, and other related power products to a wide range of sectors.
The Regional Sales Manager will spearhead Volex's direct sales efforts within designated regions or market segments.
This role is crucial for deepening relationships with existing customers and expanding our reach to new clients. Ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional, this position offers the opportunity to make significant impacts within a dynamic industry.
Surpass annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Develop and oversee a regional sales plan in alignment with company goals.
Maintain comprehensive customer records and manage follow-up engagements.
Serve as the primary Volex representative, conveying business strategies and visions to key clients.
Evaluate and adapt to competitive market trends to maintain and enhance Volex's market position.
Drive the growth and diversification of Volex's product solutions through meticulous planning and execution.
Demonstrated success in sales growth and achieving targets.
Proactive and independent with a talent for identifying and cultivating key accounts.
Preferred bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of OEM field sales experience in interconnect/power products & cables.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for negotiating and building relationships.
Solid network within relevant OEM sectors and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel and ability to lead and inspire a team.
